Education and Experience:
- 2017-present: PhD in Electrical Engineering (specialty: Optics and Radiofrequency) at Laboratoire de Conception et d’Intégration des Systèmes (LCIS). Project entitled: “Conception de Tags RFID sans Puce sur Papier avec une Grande Capacité de Codage”. CIFRE Convention in collaboration with MGI-Ceradrop and LCIS-Grenoble INP. 
- 2016: Visiting Researcher at the Waterford Institute of Technology (wit.ie), Ireland. Two-month collaboration in project financed by CIRCLE (fet-circle.eu). Activities: Research to develop an encoding method to encode videos into the DNA of populations of bacteria and a reliability technique based on their communication.
- ​​​​​​​2012 –2015: Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Communications (Iecom- iecom.org.br).  Activities: Development, installation and testing of an image recognition and safety system for mill operators at Alpargatas (alpargatas.com). Analog and Digital Electronics teacher for industry technicians, courses offered by the institute.
- 2012-2014: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). Dissertation entitled: “Modulation diversity Applied to Channels with Multiple Paths”. 
- 2011-2013: Researcher in a Project financed by the National Research Network (RNP-rnp.br) entitled “[CIA]2 – Building Intelligent Cities: from Enviromental Instrumentation to Application Development”, developed at Iecom. Activities: Research, design and simulation of hybrid optical-wireless communications networks for Intelligent Cities.
- 2010-2013: Calculus and Physics tutor. ​​​​​​​
- 2006-2012: Electrical Engineering Degree (with Major in Telecommunications and High-Power Systems) at the Federal University of Campina Grande.
